FRED
L. BERNHEIM, FARA, ARCHITECT
Co-Founder of Bernheim & Kahn, Ltd. designing new buildings and rehabilitation
of structures dating back to the late 1800's (historic landmarks). The award
winning practice was based on the integrity of the environment and completion
of the project within the budgetary requirement of the client.
THOMAS J. McCABE, P.E., CIVIL ENGINEER
Founder of Seton Engineering, a civil engineering firm serving municipalities,
developers, industrial, and commercial clients. The practice covered the milieu
following World War II with its expansion of land development to the environmental
sensitivity of the later part of the 20th Century. Seton was open to and embraced
many of the new technologies and materials that reduced the development costs
in a time of inflation.
