THOMAS J. McCABE, P.E., CIVIL ENGINEER

Founder of Seton Engineering, a civil engineering firm serving municipalities, developers, industrial, and commercial clients. The practice covered the milieu following World War II with its expansion of land development to the environmental sensitivity of the later part of the 20th Century. Seton was open to and embraced many of the new technologies and materials that reduced the development costs in a time of inflation.
